Not ready to commit to a full fitness and wellness regimen? My Check-In plan provides two training sessions each week to make sure you have meaningful direction and are staying on track. You’ll work on strength training as well as mobility exercises, and will get feedback on cardio, flexibility, and dietary strategies you can pursue on your own to achieve your personal goals.
